Yes! Our products are dermatologist-tested and formulated for all skin types — oily, dry, combination, and sensitive. Each product page includes specific skin type recommendations to help you choose the right fit.
Absolutely. All ARRAH products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals and use only plant-based ingredients in our formulations.
No. We are committed to clean beauty. Our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oils, synthetic colorants, or artificial fragrances.
Our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The manufacturing and expiry dates are printed on each product packaging.
We accept all major payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. Please email us at support@arrahskincare.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee applies based on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can use that tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!
If you receive an incomplete, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 working days with photos or videos. For non-defective returns, products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging — a 20% restocking fee may apply. Visit our Refund & Return Policy page for complete details.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets). The actual timeline depends on banks and payment service providers.
